Will Arnold agree? Unknown at this time.
UPDATE: Arnold has declared his intention to veto this bill. Since it barely squeaked through, this should kill it off for now.
It'll be interesting to see how this plays out, since there is majority opposition to this based on past referendum results.
It'll also be an interesting fight over a promised vote petition for a defense of marriage amendment to the CA Constitution.
