An apology and explanation

If you go here, you'll see that I am blind as a bat. I keep reading posts at CCK and attributing them to Chad when in fact they are Seth. My bad. I should have been able to tell they...
Schuldt busted again

Chad Schuldt again parrots the lies form the left. As I stated in my previous posts, many use statistics incorrectly. Here is that statistic that Schuldt used:The percentage of the U.S. population living in poverty rose to 12.7 percent from...
I told you so

I took heat for pointing out that the anti-war anti-military anti-American South Dakota Democrats could care less about Ellsworth. SDP has a National Journal article that supports my premise. Excerpt:First Thune was the whipping boy for liberal bloggers overjoyed that...

[This post has been bumped to appear on the top of the page, all day today. Scroll down for new posts.] Time for a Hurricane Katrina blogburst. Instapundit wants a post recommending relief efforts to donate to, and here are...
Stop Judicial Tyranny: Jail for Judges!?

Don't like how the court ruled? Sue the judge, group says

The Argus's inimitable Dave Kranz notes an effort to impose some real limitation to what is arguably the unchecked power of the judiciary to do any darned thing that a judge decides to, regardless of plain constitutional and legal language to the contrary.

Calling this effort J.A.I.L. (Judicial Accountability Initiative Law), if one is absolutely convinced that they were the victim of arbitrary judicial abuse by a judge, the law would grant the right to appeal to a special grand jury. If the grand jury agreed, then the judge would be liable for lawsuit. The judge could also be found to be guilty of criminal behavior for failing to uphold the law.

TAKE A LOOK AT THIS SITE as well as THIS ONE TOO! The Chief has been reading "Men in Black" by Mark R. Levin lately, and this may not be a bad idea. Check it out for yourself.

Memo to News Desks Everywhere

To: Journalists Everywhere From: Me Let's either a.) stop talking about "looting," or b.) at least note that there are probably significant numbers of citizens right now who are scrambling for food and water. Looting is bad. But looting is...
On The Other Hand

Instead of mindlessly attacking Bush, maybe left-wing bloggers could direct readers to sites where they can contribute to help care for the suffering and aid in reconstruction. The libertarian Instapundit does so here. I encourage SDP readers to follow this...
Perspective on Katrina
