You Know, For Kids!

Charles notes that the San Francisco chapter of the "9/11 Truth Moonbats Alliance" held an "artwork" contest, with a special category for kids. And while the little tyke who won certainly created some nifty spew (talk about rotten parenting), nothing...
Administrator's Note

Having open comments on a blog is a lot like sitting out on your porch. Sometimes a friendly neighbor stops by for a chat, and sometimes the moonbats are drawn to the light. I enjoy the moonbats. In fact, without...
"Let The World Know That White Patriots Were First & Loudest To Protest This War For Israel"

The freaks from Stormfront, a neo-Nazi cabal, are heading to Crawford to join in the fun. More from Crawford: One thing about it, Cindy doesn't need to hire a PR mouthpiece. The AP is doing a fine enough job....

SCOTUS Chief Justice - R.I.P.

Chief Justice Rehnquist dies of cancer

This is not a major surprise, since Justice Rehnquist's health problems had been known for some time.

Now there are two open seats on the court, with the new court term opening in October, it looks like the fireworks over SCOTUS appointments will really fire up now in the Senate. Donk filibuster(s)? Could be. Attempted Borking of nominees? The Chief would count on it - Donks are Donks, all their leadership knows any more is mind-numbing DUmmie rhetoric and tactics.

Another point: according to the Donks' logic on Judge Roberts replacing Justice O'COnnor, they CLAIMED that they wanted to see someone of similar ideological bent to maintian the current alignment of the court. Now that Rehnquist, a conservative has passed on, will they be willing to cheerfully accept a conservative replacement, to maintain that same balance? Hmmmm?

The Chief is willing to quess there's as much chance of this as there was for Billy Graham to be named Pope.

Hillary, The DLC, And 2008

Eric has an interesting post on some of the latest hoo-haw surrounding the DLC, and whether or not a more "mainstream" Democrat can garner the support of the increasingly rancid "anti-war" Left. (Bear in mind I have absolutely no idea...
Publish Like An Egyptian

Whoops! From the Southern Illinois - Carbondale student newspaper: Over nearly two years, the Daily Egyptian told the story of a precocious little girl whose mother was dead and whose father was fighting in Iraq. Members of the newspaper staff...
