I Think It's Drudge's Fault

Cindy Sheehan, posting at Arianna's digs: Another "big deal" today was the lie that I had said that Casey died for Israel. I never said that, I never wrote that. I had supposedly said it in a letter that I...
Losing Your Head In Crawford, TX

Mother Cindy says that she's losing "compassion" for other mothers who have lost sons and daughters in the war in Iraq, claiming that they've been "brainwashed" and accusing them of supporting "murder and mayhem." When will the left wing call...
Preview: 2008

It hadn't quite dawned on me last night when I mentioned that Chuck Hagel would be on This Week that George Allen would also be on. Obviously, both men have their eyes on the Republican nomination in 2008, so it's...
Schuldt lies on ANWR again

A while back Chad Schuldt, one of the Hiildebrand Boys, lied about ANWR being in the 2003 Energy Bill that Tom Daschle failed to stop a Democrat lead filibuster on. Now Ken Blanchard takes Schuldt to task for more misstatements...
New York Times editors on Thune

Jay Reding is commenting on a scathing piece by Robert Novak about how John Thune has been treated by George W. Bush. Excerpt from Reding:President Bush has no problems with being a big spender, so why in the world is...
From The Mailbag

Although I'd prefer to let the Cindy Sheehan dog lie, we did get this email that I thought worth sharing with the author's permission. The story that is being told by the left and the right is purely a media...
Stop Judicial Tyranny: Jail for Judges!?

Don't like how the court ruled? Sue the judge, group says

The Argus's inimitable Dave Kranz notes an effort to impose some real limitation to what is arguably the unchecked power of the judiciary to do any darned thing that a judge decides to, regardless of plain constitutional and legal language to the contrary.

Calling this effort J.A.I.L. (Judicial Accountability Initiative Law), if one is absolutely convinced that they were the victim of arbitrary judicial abuse by a judge, the law would grant the right to appeal to a special grand jury. If the grand jury agreed, then the judge would be liable for lawsuit. The judge could also be found to be guilty of criminal behavior for failing to uphold the law.

TAKE A LOOK AT THIS SITE as well as THIS ONE TOO! The Chief has been reading "Men in Black" by Mark R. Levin lately, and this may not be a bad idea. Check it out for yourself.
