Skin Cells Converted to Stem Cells

Here's another case where a political squabble is neatly sidestepped by a technological advance. Turning skin cells into embryonic stem cells is a neat deal - and should end a LOT of squabbling - which won't be missed.

The only ones unhappy here will be the pro-abortion crowd - they lose a justification for defending abortion as being a source of "vitally needed" fetal stem cells.

Schuldt lies on ANWR again

A while back Chad Schuldt, one of the Hiildebrand Boys, lied about ANWR being in the 2003 Energy Bill that Tom Daschle failed to stop a Democrat lead filibuster on. Now Ken Blanchard takes Schuldt to task for more misstatements...
Moonbats Win Standing for "Global Warming:"

Federal Judge OKs Global Warming Lawsuit

Although the status of Global Warming, and even more so, the extent of human involvement in causing it is very much in question (in spite of the MSM mantras to the contrary), this judge has declared that envirowacko groups have the unprecedented right to sue companies for "damage" to the plaintiffs caused by projects overseas!

Let's see now. A claim for damages to a moonbat in San Francisco from a project in Sri Lanka, for example, may be grounds for a lawsuit for specific damages to said moonbat.

The Chief sure has trouble tracing the causal chain on THIS one, but then again, for a "progressive" judge, anything goes.

This half of August has been a fine traffic month, one of the best since clear back in November. Thanks for stopping by. Wish I could hit a high enough mark to start running BlogAds again... or, should I say,...
