More than one-third of western Canadians surveyed this summer thought it was time to consider separation from Canada, a poll suggests. Interesting. According to historians, about 1/3 of the colonists in what became the United States were in favor of that independence movement, so maybe there's enough sentiment up there for something to happen, eh?
