Shut Up And Sing, If You Can
I guess the Rolling Stones have gone from aged rock stars to political commentators. I wonder if Mick Jaggar even knows what a neo-conservative is? To most people on the left, neo-conservative has come to mean a conservative with a...
Daschle Raising Kaine
I have written dozens of columns over the last year for the Aberdeen American News, a few of which have been posted here. I am not very good at predicting which of them will inspire a reaction from readers. After...
The Destruction of Mecca
Saudi hardliners are wiping out their own heritage

Now This Is A Basketball Mismatch
While searching through Yahoo! News for some sports photos totally unrelated to women's basketball, I came across the following picture of Rapid City, SD's own Becky Hammon. This has to be seen to be believed. The New York Liberty's Becky...
Volokh: Right Again
I agree with Eugene Volokh once again, this time as he goes after a particular group of (apparently) conservative Christians: Distinguishing fair criticisms of one's adversaries from unfair criticisms is not a technicality. I've seen lots of people, left, right,...
