Mexican mercenaries expand base into U.S.

A renegade band of Mexican military deserters, offering $50,000 bounties for the assassination of U.S. law-enforcement officers, has expanded its base of operations into the United States to protect loads of cocaine and marijuana being brought into America by Mexican smugglers, authorities said.

This one is just about too much to think about. All I can say is have a good supply of ammo on hand, because at this rate you'll need it!

By the way, where is General Pershing now that we REALLY need him?

GOP Wins in Special Election

Ex-Lawmaker Wins Ohio Congressional Race

A Republican former state lawmaker claimed a seat in Congress on Tuesday by narrowly defeating an Iraq war veteran who drew national attention to the race with his military service and a series of harsh attacks on President Bush.

Good news for the GOP here - not so hot for the anti-Bush, anti-war moonbats.

Democrats had viewed the race as a bellwether for 2006, saying even a strong showing by Hackett in such a heavily GOP district would be a good sign for them in the midterm elections. "We began this race way back in late march, and no one had thought we'd be the focus of the national media or be the so-called first test of the Republican Party and the Bush mandate. Well, ladies and gentleman, we passed that test," Schmidt said.

So he did, indeed.

What Did Al Franken Know, and When Did He Know It?

Don't you think that the MSM would be slightly more interested in the Air America scandal -- where the lib radio network evidently "diverted" funds earmarked for children and the elderly to itself -- if it involved a conservative network?...
Democrats, liars and losers

In 2004, Tom Daschle tried to run as a conservative on issues such as abortion, guns and taxes, but the Thune campaign effectively proved that Daschle?s record did not support those positions. In other words, the Daschle Campaign tried to...
