It's hard to imagine judicial abuse getting much worse than this, but then again, since this is all dealing with lawyers, I'm SURE if they put their mind to it they could get even more outrageous.

Looks like Jean Schmidt won Ohio's 2nd District special election. The election was close -- surprisingly so, in fact -- so we ought to be on the lookout for some wingnuts in full bloom in the coming days....
