Governor seeks funds for interim underground laboratory

As a physics teacher (along with other acience subjects)the Chief is impressed and excited by the prospects for this project. Hopefully Governor Rounds will be able to move this along - the operation of the mid-level lab can only help to bring the deep lab plans further along. This is an opportunity that SD cannot afford to fumble.
